Quilting is nuts. I will not ever cease to be impressed by people who can scrap together piles of scrap into big, beautiful quilts. Quilts are both art and utility, each demanding an incredible amount of skill, patience, love, and attention. Not to be overly dramatic, but to hold a quilt, it is not too much of a stretch to imaging you are holding a part of someone, a part of their soul.
